The args that I used on macOS Sierra were: -v kext-dev-mode1 dart0.

I am not sure whether your NVIDIA GTS 450 Graphics is supported in MacOS High Sierra.

Your Intel i5 3540 has only IntelHD 2500 NOT supported at all in macOS Sierra or High Sierra.

The screen shot does not give any hint about Graphics failure.

The other so-called errors noted on the uploaded screen are quite common during any boot and Clover will usually manage them by alternate codes and would bypass and finally reach the destination screen.

If the screen had suddenly gone dark after the last line, that might be another clue for Graphics related boot failure.

On a hunch and not on solid Verbose Screen evidence, I would suggest changing the boot flag to nvdisable1 until you can reach installer screen and install the System on the HDD.

Good luck. Post any Verbose screen that looks suspicious to you.

I tried unpluggin the USB (the blue port), and it shutsdown without loading the setup.

If I dont use the nvdisable1, it stcuks here: (see the attachment).

Save the changes and reboot in Verbose Mode and upload any suspicious Boot Screen Image(s).

I know for sure NVIDIA 710 is supported but my NVIDIA 610 was not supported.

There are Radeon cards like Radeon 5450 that can be installed with a FakeID in HS.
